Authors are invited to submit original, high-quality research papers to ACM TRUST 2027. Submissions must present unpublished work that is not under review elsewhere and should clearly demonstrate novelty, technical depth, relevance, and impact in areas aligned with the conference themes.
Papers submitted to ACM TRUST 2027 must follow the official ACM sigconf format and the conference submission requirements.
Authors must prepare manuscripts in PDF format using the 2-column ACM sigconf template. Accepted papers will be published as Open Access articles in the ACM Digital Library. Authors should also review the ACM Open institutional coverage, Article Processing Charge requirements, and applicable waiver policies provided below.
Manuscripts must use the official 2-column ACM sigconf template. Title, abstract, keywords, sections, references, and figures must follow ACM formatting conventions.
Full papers cannot exceed 9 pages including any appendix, with unlimited pages for the GenAI Usage Disclosure section and references. Submissions exceeding this limit will not be reviewed.
Authors should generate a clean PDF with embedded fonts, correct margins, readable figures, and complete metadata before submission.
Important update on ACM’s Open Access publishing model for 2027 ACM conferences.
All ACM publications, including those from ACM-sponsored conferences, are 100% Open Access. Authors have two primary options for publishing Open Access articles with ACM: the ACM Open institutional model or payment of Article Processing Charges (APCs).
With approximately 3,000 institutions already participating in ACM Open, the majority of ACM-sponsored conference papers will not require APCs from authors or conferences. To be covered through ACM Open, the corresponding author must be affiliated with a participating institution.
Authors from institutions that do not participate in ACM Open will need to pay an APC unless they qualify for a financial or discretionary waiver. Waivers are limited and are granted according to ACM’s applicable criteria.
$500 APC Temporary subsidized rate for eligible articles published in calendar year 2027.
$750 APC Temporary subsidized rate for eligible articles published in calendar year 2027.
This represents a 29% discount from current APC list pricing and is funded directly by ACM. The temporary subsidized pricing applies to conferences scheduled for 2027. Authors are encouraged to advocate for their institutions to join ACM Open during this transition period.
Each submission will be reviewed by qualified experts based on originality, significance, technical correctness, clarity, reproducibility, and relevance to ACM TRUST 2027. The Microsoft CMT system is used for managing the peer-reviewing process, provided by Microsoft at no cost to the conference.
Submissions should present new ideas, systems, models, analyses, or validated findings that meaningfully advance the field.
Methods should be sound, clearly explained, and supported by appropriate evidence, evaluation, or argumentation.
Papers should be well organized, readable, and accessible to an interdisciplinary conference audience.
Authors must follow responsible research and publication practices throughout the submission and review process.
